The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce migrated its 15-year IBM Lotus Notes infrastructure to Microsoft 365. With NAT Technology's assurance, 1000+ users transitioned to the next-generation collaboration platform with zero data loss.

Çalışanlar ofis dışında e-postaya ve takvime erişemiyordu. Uzaktan çalışma pratikte imkânsızdı.Employees could not access email and calendar outside the office. Remote work was practically impossible.
Yıllık sunucu bakımı, lisanslama ve IT iş gücü maliyeti bulut alternatifleriyle kıyaslanamayacak ölçüde yüksekti.Annual server maintenance, licensing and IT workforce costs were incomparably high against cloud alternatives.
Gerçek zamanlı döküman paylaşımı ve ortak düzenleme mevcut değildi. Her şey e-posta eki üzerinden yürüyordu.Real-time document sharing and co-editing were absent. Everything was done through email attachments.

Mevcut altyapının haritası çıkarıldı. Posta kutuları, takvimler ve uygulama bağımlılıkları analiz edildi. 50 pilot kullanıcı seçildi.The existing infrastructure was mapped. Mailboxes, calendars and application dependencies analyzed. 50 pilot users selected.
50 pilot kullanıcı ile tenant kurulumu ve veri aktarımı test edildi. Sorunlar çözüldü, kullanıcı eğitimleri tamamlandı.Tenant setup and data transfer tested with 50 pilot users. Issues resolved, user training completed.
Departman departman geçiş. Lotus Notes paralel çalıştırıldı; hiçbir kullanıcı sisteme erişimsiz kalmadı.Department-by-department migration. Lotus Notes run in parallel; no user was ever left without access.
1000+ kullanıcının tamamı Microsoft 365'e alındı. Lotus Notes devre dışı bırakıldı. Proje zamanında, bütçe dahilinde kapatıldı.All 1000+ users onboarded to Microsoft 365. Lotus Notes decommissioned. Project closed on time and within budget.
